F.A.Q.

Q: What is your minimum order?
A: The minimum order is 250 cards from our Fast Cards product line.

Q: Can I put my logo on a Fast In-Stock Card?
A: Yes. Please send us your art. We will provide you with free
samples, and you can choose your favorite color combination.

Q: What are Special Order/Custom Color cards?
A: Our special order/custom color cards are printed using four-color
process inks. Four-color process printing, or "full color" printing,
relies on a mix of four basic colors to achieve the full range of
color in your design. These four colors are cyan, magenta, yellow,
and black (CMYK).

Q: What are Pantone® inks?
A: Pantone® inks are custom colors from the Pantone® Matching System,
or PMS. PMS inks are used worldwide to achieve consistent color
printing.

Q: Can you print my design in Pantone® inks?
A: Yes.

Q: Can you print my design in RGB?
A: RGB is the color system used on computer monitors and television
screens. Since designs in RGB are generally intended only for viewing
on a website, we will need to convert your design to four-color
process (CMYK) in order to make it suitable for printing.

Q: How can I be sure that my design will be printed correctly?
A: Once we receive your art and instructions, we will set up your
card and provide you with a digital proof using our convenient online
proofing system. You will have the opportunity to make changes or
corrections at that time. We will not print your cards without your
approval of the design.

Q: Can you print my logo from my Microsoft® Word document?
A: No, we cannot print from any Microsoft® Office product. For our
art requirements, please give us a call.

Q: Can you work with a jpeg of my logo from my website?
A: JPEG files are usually low-resolution so that they will load quickly on an internet browser. Only high-resolution art is suitable for printing. Resolution is defined in terms of pixels-per-inch (ppi) or dots-per-inch (dpi). JPEG files are usually only 72 ppi, and high-quality printing requires art at a minimum of 300 ppi. If your JPEG is sharp and clean, we should be able to convert it to the high-resolution art required for printing on plastic cards. Please keep in mind that any prep work required to bring your design up to printing quality may result in additional setup fees.

Q: How soon will I receive my order?
A: Under normal circumstances, your order should be complete in about
3 – 4 weeks.

Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: We accept MC, VISA, American Express, and debit cards.

Q: Can I pay with a check?
A: Yes. With your credit card as security, we can bill you. Terms
will be net 20.

Q: Can I split my payment?
A: Yes. A 50% deposit is due upon placing your order. The remaining
balance will be due upon shipment of your order, unless you have asked us to bill you. Terms will be net 20.
